Project Planning with Project Model Canvas

The Project Model Canvas is a collaborative and intuitive way to collect all the information needed to start a project. Based on the Business Model Canvas, the Project Model Canvas can be used with all types of projects, methodologies and frameworks like agile and waterfall.

Working with a visual model allows all involved in the project to have an overview on key project components (objectives, benefits, restrictions, risks, requirements, deliverables, etc.).

During the workshop, participants will explore the canvas 4 construction phases: Conception, Integration, Resolution and Communication. All these phases complement each other and will build your project model, allowing you to better understand what is expected, what is required and what it will take to finish the project and deliver the product.
